Frazer Jones is excited to partner with a global marketing firm looking to hire a passionate HR Manager, potentially an HR Business Partner looking to take on management responsibilities. – 2 days per week in the Holborn offices A dynamic, fast-paced office with a diverse workforce in a global company with ambitious growth plans in EMEA. The EMEA & APAC HR Manager will be a key leader in HR strategy and service delivery in our London and Singapore offices (approximately 80 people). Under the guidance of the Global Associate Vice President of HR (based in the US) and the EMEA leadership team, you will develop a strategy that attracts, develops and retains talent in their markets, with a focus on performance , personal development, well-being and inclusion. . This is an exciting role that will appeal to an experienced HR Generalist looking to take responsibility for all areas of HR including employee relations and engagement, compensation and benefits, process management , legal compliance, and offices and facilities. Following the recent acquisition of a boutique agency which now forms the London and Singapore locations, a key first priority of the role will be to integrate our global systems and processes with a focus on local compliance and excellence . Your mission: Manage and develop 1 direct HR report Be a champion of our strong values-based, inclusive culture and drive positive employee engagement through effective initiatives Employee relations are important to ensuring positive results. , skills development and regular industry brunch and learning Work with Marketing to build a strong employer brand, attract new talent and motivate existing Kepler talent Oversee compensation plans, benefits, payroll, contracts and all related administration related to our employeesManage relationships with local vendors, including Healthcare, Pension, Insurance and HR software providersWork with the internal recruiting team to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new recruits Maintain and update company policies to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices Level 3 minimum required HR experience as an HR advisor, business partner or manager, ideally in a marketing services environment People management experience – ideally 1 direct report, but we are open s to consider strong employee relations and HR compliance experience in the EMEA region. APAC regional experience a bonus Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to create and build relationships at all levels including C-Suite
