The agency’s operational performance is also reflected in revenue growth. In 2021, Helix House generated total revenue (unaudited) of $973,866, an increase of 12% over the previous year. Helix House is on track to build on this momentum and forecasts a 25% increase in full year 2022 revenue compared to 2021.
Now a subsidiary of Business Warrior, the agency will remain under the Helix House brand and continue to manage its in-house team of eight full-time employees. This acquisition expands the Business Warrior team to 25 professionals focused on a singular mission. The acquisition supports Business Warrior’s mission to support the growth of small business owners and help them attract more customers. Helix House brings expertise that supports the scaling of Business Warrior marketing services and solutions, and companies have already initiated the integration of their systems and best practices.

Business Warrior is completing an audit to become a full reporter; the new combined entity will have merged audited financial statements for future quarterly reports.

The value of the transaction at closing is $2.25 million, including $1.2 million in cash and the balance in restricted common stock. The acquisition also includes an earn-out opportunity based on revenue growth, which could bring the total value of the transaction to $4.75 million.
